WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We will deliver to private residences, hotels, bed & breakfasts, condos and campgrounds throughout the entire Sarasota/Bradenton/Venice area...including Siesta Key, Longboat Key, St. Armand's/Lido Key, Bird Key,
Anna Maria Island, Osprey, Nokomis & Lakewood Ranch.
WE ARE FLYING INTO SARASOTA. CAN YOU DELIVER TO THE AIRPORT?
Yes...We can deliver most items to the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ).
There is a $40 R/T charge ($20/delivery + $20/pick-up) for this service.
Arrivals: We'll meet you at the bottom of the escalators leading to baggage claim.
Departures: We'll either meet you in the car rental return lot or at the bottom of the escalators.
CAN WE PICK-UP OUR ITEMS?
Yes! All items (except Full-Size Cribs & Toddler Beds) are available for self-service pick-up:

Siesta Key (Open 24hrs) - At the base of Siesta Key's South Bridge, 1508 Stickney Point Road (in the Boatyard Village)
Longboat Key (Bikes Only) - At the Longboat Key BP Station, 400 Gulf of Mexico Drive
Casey Key - At the Suntan Terrace Beach Resort, 117 South Casey Key Road
Venice - At the Island Breeze Inn, 340 Tamiami Trail South
WHAT IF WE ARE ARRIVING LATE IN THE EVENING...OR LEAVING AT THE CRACK OF DAWN?
No problem! Our 24-HOUR, self-service pick-up/drop-off location at our Siesta Key store is ALWAYS open.
Just let us know in advance and we'll give you simple instructions on how to pick-up or drop-off your items after hours. Please keep in mind that we are not actually sitting behind the counter at 3:00am waiting for you to come in and rent a pack & play for the night...24-hour service means we will place your items in the self-service area when we close the store and provide you with an access code to open the door and retrieve your items. However, we do this before we leave for the night. Please don't call us at 9:00pm expecting to be able to rent an item that night.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
No...We offer FREE delivery & pick-up. All we ask is for 24 hours notice, a 9:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm delivery window, and a minimum order amount. If your order falls short of the minimum, we will add a delivery fee equal to the amount necessary to reach the minimum. Of course, we will also make "same day" and "after hours" deliveries but
reserve the right to add an additional delivery fee.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT NEEDED TO QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY?
Siesta Key - $50 ... Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Longboat Key, Bird Key, Lido Key, Casey Key, Osprey,
Nokomis & Venice (North of Center Rd) - $75 ... Anna Maria Island & Venice (South of Center Rd) - $100

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
To ensure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. We do understand that sometimes plans cannot be made until the last minute, so we will do our best to accommodate you. This is especially true during the Holidays and Winter Seasons.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A RENTAL DAY?
We charge by the day. A full rental day is 12 hours or more. Therefore, if you rent your items from 10:00am on Wednesday and pick them at 2:00pm on Sunday, you will be charged for five days.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash & checks for all orders. Credit card orders are processed after delivery but are verified at the time of reservation. Cash & check orders are expected to be paid in full at time of delivery. However, we require a credit card number for security deposit puposes only. If other arrangements need to be made please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. All reservations cancelled within 48 hours will be charged a minimum three-day rental fee for each piece of equipment reserved. No shows will be charged the full rental price for the duration of the agreed upon rental period.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS FOR EXTENDED STAYS OR MULTIPLE CHILDREN?
Certainly! Please contact us and we'll work something out! We will always try to make your stay as affordable and hassle-free as possible...whether it's for one week or an entire summer. By the way...We love twins!
HOW NEW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT?
All of our equipment is in new or gently-used condition. We promptly send in all warranties so we can be notified of any recalls or safety issues. We also track recalls on the consumer reports website. Your little traveler’s safety is our primary concern. We can provide you with any brand or model information.
HOW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEANED?
We are well known for having the cleanest equipment in the area...just read our testimonials.
We follow all Florida Dept. of Health standards with regards to cleaning solutions & procedures for infant and children’s toys, furniture and cloth items. These are the same guidelines that all licensed child care centers are required to follow.
ARE YOUR BABY CRIBS OR HIGH CHAIRS PART OF ANY SAFETY RECALLS?
Absolutely Not! Although drop-side crib & high chair recalls have been in the news lately, none of our cribs or high chairs are on any recall list. CRIBS: The vast majority of issues with drop-side cribs stem from improper assembly, which is why we provide on-site assembly by one of our experienced drivers. We also ask that the cribs not be disassembled or moved from room-to-room. You can rest assured that ALL of our cribs are thoroughly checked for both cleanliness and safety before & after each rental. HIGH CHAIRS: None of our high chairs have tray storage pegs and not are affected by the recent Fisher-Price recall.
WHAT IS THE FLORIDA LAW CONCERNING CAR SEATS?
These are the Child Restraint Requirements According to the Florida Highway Patrol website:
Every operator of a motor vehicle as defined herein, while transporting a child in a motor vehicle operated on the roadways, streets, or highways of this state, shall, if the child is 5 years of age or younger, provide for protection of the child by properly using a crash-tested, federally approved child restraint device. For children aged through 3 years, such restraint device must be a seperate carrier or a vehicle manufacturer's integrated child seat. For children aged 4 through 5 years, a separate carrier or an integrated child seat belt may be used. (Florida Statute 316.613)
DO YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?
Unfortunately, our insurance company would have a hissy fit if we did. However, we will provide you with all the instructions.
