WHEN DO YOU DELIVER & PICK-UP?
We have a morning delivery window (8am-12pm) & an afternoon delivery window (1pm-5pm). All equipment must be ready for pick-up by 8am on your departure date. You may request afternoon pick-up, but you will be charged for the day.
Please Note: In Sarasota County, our delivery & pick-up service is only available on Saturdays. If you are visiting Sarasota or Manatee County and arriving or departing on a day other than Saturday, please take advantage of one of our convenient self-service locations.
WHERE DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY & PICK-UP?
We deliver to private residences, hotels and condos. Please Note: If you are staying in St. Petersburg City, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto, Ellenton, Parrish, or someplace south of Center Road in Venice, please take advantage of one of our convenient self-service locations.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO THE AIRPORT?
Unfortunately, new restrictions prevent us from making deliveries to the airport.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY & PICK-UP?
No. Our delivery & pick-up service is FREE! However, we require 48 hours notice, an 8:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm delivery window, and one of the following minimum order amounts. If your order falls short of the minimum, we will add a delivery fee equal to the amount necessary to reach the minimum.

Sarasota (south of University Pkwy), Longboat Key, Osprey, Nokomis, Casey Key & Venice (North of Center Rd) - $100
Bay Pines, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach & Shores, Treasure Island - $60
Gulfport, Indian Rocks Beach & Shores, Largo & St. Pete Beach, Seminole - $80
Belleair Beach & Shore, Clearwater, Harbor Bluffs, Pinellas Park, Sand Key - $100
WHAT IF WE ARE ARRIVING LATE IN THE EVENING...OR LEAVING AT THE CRACK OF DAWN?
No problem...Our Siesta Key/Sarasota and Venice/Casey Key locations offer 24-HOUR self-service pick-up & return!
Just let us know in advance and we'll send you simple instructions on how to pick-up or drop-off your items after hours. Please keep in mind that we are not actually sitting behind the counter at 3:00am waiting for you to come in and rent something...24-hour service means we will place your items in the self-service area and provide you with an access code to open the door and retrieve your items. However, we do this once per day...Please don't call us at 9:00pm expecting to be able to rent an item that night.
HOW DOES YOUR SELF-SERVICE WORK?
Once we receive your reservation request and credit card information, we will send you pick-up & return codes for the self-service entrance. To open the door simply enter the pick-up code into the keypad and the door will unlock. Once inside: Locate your items & paperwork, sign the agreement & drop it in the lockbox on the desk, take your receipt/invoice, and make sure the door locks behind behind you. It's a simple as that! - To return your items, simply do the same thing in reverse. Enter the return code into the keypad and the door will unlock. Once inside: Keep your items together but don't block the door or counter for other customers. Lastly, please make sure the door locks behind you when you exit.

2. Venice/Casey Key (Open 24 hours) - Across from Matthews-Currie Ford, 115 North Tamiami Trail #5, Nokomis
3. Madeira Beach (Open 6am-midnight) - On the Tom Stuart Causeway, 410-D 150th Avenue, Madeira Beach
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
To ensure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. We do understand that sometimes plans cannot be made until the last minute, so we will do our best to accommodate you. This is especially true during the Holidays and Spring Vacation Seasons.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A RENTAL DAY?
A full rental day is 12 hours or more. Therefore, if you rent your items from 10am on Wednesday until 2pm on Sunday, you will be charged for five days. All equipment must be ready for pick-up by 8am on your departure date. You may request afternoon pick-up/return, but will be charged for the day since we will be unable to rent it to another customer that day.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash & checks for all orders. Credit card orders are processed after delivery but are verified at the time of reservation. Cash & check orders are expected to be paid in full at time of delivery. However, we require a credit card number for security deposit puposes only. If other arrangements need to be made please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY?
If your plans change and you need to cancel or change your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. All reservations cancelled or changed within 48 hours will be charged a minimum three-day rental fee for each piece of equipment originally reserved. No shows will be charged the full rental price for the duration of the agreed upon rental period.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS FOR EXTENDED STAYS OR MULTIPLE CHILDREN?
Certainly! Please contact us and we'll work something out! We will always try to make your stay as affordable and hassle-free as possible...whether it's for one week or an entire summer. By the way...We love twins!
HOW NEW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT?
All of our equipment is in new or gently-used condition. We promptly send in all warranties so we can be notified of any recalls or safety issues. We also track recalls on the consumer reports website. Your little traveler’s safety is our primary concern. We can provide you with any brand or model information.
HOW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEANED?
We are well known for having the cleanest equipment in the area...just read our testimonials.
We follow all Florida Dept. of Health standards with regards to cleaning solutions & procedures for infant and children’s toys, furniture and cloth items. These are the same guidelines that all licensed child care centers are required to follow.
ARE YOUR BABY CRIBS OR HIGH CHAIRS PART OF ANY SAFETY RECALLS?
Absolutely Not! Although drop-side crib & high chair recalls have been in the news lately, none of our cribs or high chairs are on any recall list. CRIBS: The vast majority of issues with drop-side cribs stem from improper assembly, which is why we provide on-site assembly by one of our experienced drivers. We also ask that the cribs not be disassembled or moved from room-to-room. You can rest assured that ALL of our cribs are thoroughly checked for both cleanliness and safety before & after each rental. HIGH CHAIRS: None of our high chairs are affected by the recent Fisher-Price recall.
WHAT IS THE FLORIDA LAW CONCERNING CAR SEATS?
These are the Child Restraint Requirements According to the Florida Highway Patrol website:
Every operator of a motor vehicle as defined herein, while transporting a child in a motor vehicle operated on the roadways, streets, or highways of this state, shall, if the child is 5 years of age or younger, provide for protection of the child by properly using a crash-tested, federally approved child restraint device. For children aged through 3 years, such restraint device must be a seperate carrier or a vehicle manufacturer's integrated child seat. For children aged 4 through 5 years, a separate carrier or an integrated child seat belt may be used. (Florida Statute 316.613)
DO YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?
Unfortunately, our insurance company would have a hissy fit if we did. However, we will provide you with all the instructions.
