HOW NEW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT?
All of our equipment is purchased new. We promptly send in all warranties so we can be notified of any recalls or safety issues. We also track recalls on the consumer reports website. Your little traveler’s safety is our primary concern. We can provide you with any brand or model information.

HOW IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEANED?
We follow all Florida Department of Health standards with regards to cleaning solutions and procedures for infant and children’s toys, furniture and cloth items. These are the same guidelines that all licensed child care centers are required to follow.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash & checks for all orders. Credit card orders are processed after delivery but are verified at the time of reservation. Cash & check orders are expected to be paid in full at time of delivery, as well as a Visa or MasterCard number for deposit only. If other arrangements need to be made please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. All reservations cancelled within 48 hours will be charged the minimum three-day rental fee for each piece of equipment reserved. No shows will be charged the full rental price for the duration of the agreed upon rental period.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS FOR EXTENDED STAYS OR MULTIPLE CHILDREN?
Certainly! Please contact us and we'll work something out! We will always try to make your stay as affordable and hassle-free as possible...whether it's for one week or an entire summer.

IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?
No. We offer FREE Delivery & Pickup. All we ask is for 24 hours notice, a 9am & 6pm delivery time, and the minimum order amount.

Of course, we will make "same day" and "after hours" deliveries, but reserve the right to add a $20 delivery charge.

Please Note: In order to make deliveries according to your schedule...not ours...we have instituted a nominal fuel surcharge of $4 per order to offset the rapidly rising cost of gasoline. We hope this is temporary and thank you for your understanding.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
The minimum order amounts are as follows: Siesta Key - $40; Sarasota, Casey, Bird, Lido & Longboat Keys - $50; Bradenton, Ellenton, Parrish, Lakewood Ranch & Anna Maria Island - $60

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We will deliver to private residences, hotels, bed & breakfasts, condos and campgrounds. We deliver to the entire Sarasota/Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch area...including Siesta Key, Casey Key, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Bird Key and Anna Maria Island.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
To ensure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. We do understand that sometimes plans cannot be made until the last minute, so we will do our best to accommodate you. This is especially true during the Holidays and Winter Seasons.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A RENTAL DAY?
We charge by the 24-hour period. A full rental day is 12 hours or more. Therefore, if we deliver your items at 3:00pm on Wednesday and pick them at 12:00noon on Sunday, you will be charged for four days.

DO YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?
Unfortunately, our insurance company would have a hissy fit if we did. However, we will be happy to provide you with all the instructions.

WE ARE FLYING INTO SARASOTA. CAN YOU DELIVER CAR SEATS TO THE AIRPORT?
Yes. We deliver car seats to the Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). There is a $20 charge for this service. We'll meet you at the bottom of the escalators leading to baggage claim.
